Contacting Uber by phone is nearly impossible. Uber does not have any publicly listed phone numbers on it’s website. We were able to dig up Uber’s “Emergency Hotline” number which is 800-353-8237 (800-353-UBER). But again – this is not for any questions or for client/driver support or business development. This is strictly for Emergencies. Also this number only works in US.
UBER RIDER SUPPORT: To contact uber, best way for RIDERS is to go to their website, by email firstname.lastname@example.org or inside the Uber app (Easiest way!). To get help and support in app, Just head to “HELP” in the Uber app navigation.
UBER DRIVER SUPPORT: If you are a DRIVER, you can contact uber by calling +1-800-101-3577 (Toll Free in US) or +65 3157-6225 internationally, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.
UBER Eats Contact Phone Number We were able to find Uber’s food delivery service contact number, which is 800-452-8949 (toll free in US).
POSSIBLY WORKING Contact Number This number – 415-986-2104 may or may not work, but definitely try during normal business hours in California. You will most likely get LONG ringing period ( i waited for 2 minutes and did not get response). Just keep waiting – maybe you will get through. There is no “answering machine”.

Uber plans to replace its drivers with self-driving cars as soon as they can, essentially telling most of its work force: “You will be fired as soon as possible”!
It is understandable that uber does not have a public phone support number. Uber provides over 1 million rides each day. Imagine if 2% of riders contacted customer support EVERY day. That is 20000 calls to answer each for an average of $10 ride. Then each call would last about 11-17 minutes. At $20/hr call center operator, it would cost Uber AT LEAST $5 per call (consider CSR salary, call center operating costs, taxes, infrastructure, etc.).
Basically it would cost uber at least $100,000/day or $3,000,000/month to run a customer service phone support. I’m sure these numbers are highly UNDERESTIMATED!
Now consider that uber is actually losing money pretty much every month (as it expands and invest in various ventures). In the first half of 2016, Uber lost a mind-blowing $1.27 BILLION.
While the $36 million annual cost just to run answering service, would seem minuscule compared to UBER’s operating loss, it’s still a huge expense!.
