Linkshe Customer Service Number

Linkshe has been purchased by Modlily, a Chinese-based e-commerce company selling fashion apparel and accessories. Linkshe was purchased on April 22, 2020, and all Linkshe accounts and memberships have been transferred to Modlily.com. Linkshe account holders can log into their account through the Modlily website, as Modlily transferred all data to their website as part of the purchase. Linkshe Customer Service Number

Although it can be hard to find, Modlily does have a customer service number. However, as an online company, the phone-based customer service leaves much to be desired. Additionally, for American customers and others who are non-Chinese speaking, customer service is all but useless.

 If you call using your mobile device, be aware of a potential scam, as the customer service number is rarely used. Remember, as Linkshe has been bought out, the customer service number is for Modlily. 

Modlily Mailing Address

Because Linkshe has been bought out, they no longer have a physical mailing address. However, you can mail your queries and documents to Modlily’s mailing address. We don’t recommend using this mailing address for pressing or time-sensitive matters, however, as international mail can take weeks to process.

Modlily Mobile App

Customers who previously shopped with Linkshe can now download the Modlily app for both IOS and Android devices. Through the Modlily mobile app, previous Linkshe customers can log in to their accounts, manage their orders and online store credit balance, and speak with a Modlily representative through their live chat feature. You can also sign up for text notifications for items you may want if something is out of stock.
