About Justice

Justice is a clothing brand that targets the tween girl market with apparel, underwear, sleepwear, swimwear, lifestyle, accessories, and personal care products for girls aged roughly 6–12. It began as Limited Too and became Justice from 2008 to 2010. The brand is known for its focus on positivity and female empowerment, as well as its entertainment division, Justice Studios, which aims to build trust in the brand through projects not specifically geared toward the bottom line.  In 2020, it became a brand owned by the private equity firm Bluestar Alliance. 

In 2020, Justice was acquired by Bluestar Alliance, and that summer, Justice closed its 826 retail stores as part of the bankruptcy of its former parent company, Ascena Retail Group. In 2021, Justice began being sold exclusively at Walmart, with more than 140 products available in 2,400 stores nationwide and online.
