If you are a member of IEHP, the IEHP customer service number might be helpful if you have any questions about your health plan, IEHP-covered member services, coverage transparency, privacy practices, and more. IEHP is one of California’s most recognized health plan providers, and they were the first organization to work with Medi-Cal members and plans. If you use them for your health plan, it’s important to know you can contact them if you run into any problems with member services. IEHP has a range of different customer service contact points that you can use if you have questions or want to understand your healthcare options better.
If you want to speak with a live person at IEHP, the best option is to call their customer service number. IEHP has several customer service numbers that you can contact; the one you choose will depend on the type of member you are. For instance, Medi-Cal members use a different phone number than those calling about IEHP DualChoice member services. When you call the IEHP customer service number, you can ask about your current plan’s covered healthcare services, how to find your ID card number, billing issues, available doctors, medication coverage, online account issues, or any other IEHP-related questions.
Hours of Operation for All Customer Service Numbers: 7 am-7 pm, Monday-Friday; 8 am-5 pm, Saturday-Sunday
If you have general inquiries about IEHP health insurance or their care services, you’ll call a different number.
Customer Service for IEHP General Inquiries: 1-909-890-2000. This line is available 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday.
Providers contact different numbers to check coverage for patients, request provider contracting forms, talk about compliance issues, and handle other patient health care services.
Customer Service for IEHP Providers: 1-909-890-2054. This line is available 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday.
IEHP has a few different email addresses for their members and providers to get additional support. This can be a helpful contact method when you need to contact IEHP outside of their normal business hours. You can use the email address to ask about IEHP health plans, find a participating urgent care facility, request information about IEHP prospective plans, or learn about coverage networks, including doctors, eligible procedures, and rates.
If you’re a member, send emails to MemberServices@iehp.org.
Providers should email ProviderServices@iehp.org.
If you would like to send mail to IEHP, you can do so by sending letters to their head office in California. While this isn’t the best way to contact IEHP, they do welcome correspondence in writing in specific circumstances, like writing a letter to cancel a plan or sending requested documents if you don’t have a fax or scanner available. To send IEHP letters, address them to the full mailing address provided below:
