The hours may be different depending on which department you would like to speak with, but all the hours are for Monday through Friday only. To talk with someone at the corporate office, call between 8 am and 5 pm PST. A customer service agent can be reached at this number from 6 am to 12 am PST. (They also answer the phone on Saturday). To speak to someone in the sales department, call 8 am to 5 pm PST.
