There aren’t any email addresses available through their website that I could see. There is one contact form for customers wanting to create their own designs on over 100 shirts. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and look for the headline: “Got a big project?” Besides providing your contact information and Teespring account, let the customer support team know if you want to design apparel, mugs, hats, accessories, phone cases, or home goods. Teespring has a live chat, though the instructions are a little odd. The customer support page says to go to the home page, wait 2 minutes, and a live chat option “usually” appears at the bottom of the screen.

If you fill out the form on the customer support page, besides providing your name and contact info, also include an order number in this communication to receive a confirmation email. Appropriate questions for this form include questions about your order and shipping. You can also ask a question about an item you already have received or about product options.
