Where do I get a copy of my receipt?
When you select your booking, you’ll find the option to send a receipt to yourself. VAT and .pdf receipts are not available, but the receipts can be sent to a linked Concur account.

The majority of rooms offered via HotelTonight are keyed for last-minute trips, making their rooms non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Can I change the currency the prices of hotels are displayed in?

The primary reason we limit the hotels we list is we want to make sure your hotel room meets a certain standard of quality. We won’t list just any hotel. Every location has to meet certain standards to guarantee a great guest experience. This is easier to achieve when we focus on quality and avoid overwhelming our users with options.

Hotels on this list will be added to your favorites list, accessible by tapping the heart tab in the HotelTonight app. You can also search for a hotel by name and location and then select it to be added to your favorites list. If a hotel from your favorites list doesn’t appear as part of your search, there are no rooms available there for your search dates.
Why am I unable to add a new favorite hotel?
There is a limit of 15 favorites on the app at this time. To favorite a new hotel, you’ll have to remove one of the existing favorites to make room if you’ve hit this limit.
