RushCard is a Reloadable Prepaid Visa Card that can be used at any location where Visa Cards are accepted. These reloadable cards can come with a personalized name on them and be used for everything a regular Visa credit card can do. These cards are available at numerous locations around the United States. A prepaid card is an excellent option for those with poor credit, as they do not require a credit check to obtain, and no credit is granted. RushCard is no longer in business as of June 2023, but Go2Bank offers other programs with other perks.
Customers looking to recharge their credit card can do so by reaching out to the RushCard customer service number. You can also inquire about your current balance, fees, and activities on your RushCard account. You can also reach out to this number to close your account. Currently, this phone number is not active for RushCard.

First established in 2003, Russell Simmons co-founded RushCard. This card program was created and designed to run on the Visa USA network. It was backed by MetaBank, a financial institution providing traditional banking services with retail branches in Iowa and South Dakota. In 2016, RushCard added a credit card offering to its services. A year later, UniRush LLC would be transitioned to the Green Dot Corp in a sales deal for $147 million. Green Dot Network benefited from the addition of 750,000 cardholders at the time. In June 2023, RushCard discontinued all accounts and went out of business. Its website currently redirects to Go2Bank, where you can learn about creating a new account with a Visa USA card to help you build credit.
