The contact form for Staywell is rather obnoxious. When you click the button that says “get in touch,” (https://www.staywell.com/employers/who-we-are/faqs?ss360Query=contact info), you are asked to type in your first and last name. The next screen asks for your email address. It looks as if you are unable to contact Staywell on your terms. Instead, you have to give out your contact information, perhaps before you are ready to do so.

The main page is divided into four sections: for employers, for healthcare providers, for health plans, and for you and your family.
