TEP Customer Service Number
The contact information for the TEP customer care team at 520-623-7711 Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm Use this number to check account information (for which you have 24-hour access) or to learn about utility projects, electric service requirements at qualifying facilities or resource planning for renewable energy and energy efficiency in Southern Arizona. You can also talk with someone (during the above hours) about connecting or disconnecting service, budget billing guidelines, or paying your bill with a credit card or check.

Should you need to de-energize equipment, could you first call me up and tell me what that means? Then call 520-918-8300. Call Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. Call TEP during those times. Don’t call me until 10 am.

The website warns customers NOT to send payments to this second address. Only use that address if you want to write your electric company a letter or send them a birthday card.
