Sadly, Virgin Media has not provided any email addresses that can be used to reach their customer service team. The only option available is the Contact Us page where you will be able to chat with a Virgin Media customer agent. For you to receive responses to your questions, you will have to choose a topic from those listed in the boxes just below the search bar, then narrow the topic further on the following page, and continue until you see the box that allows you to initiate a chat. Chat opening times are usually from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. As you go through this process you will see that they very much prefer you to look through their online Help Center for answers before they connect you with an agent. You can even check your download speed for yourself, browse for deals, shop mobile plans, and check to see what selection they have for refurbished phones.
If you’re comfortable with having your questions answered via a text chat, which may include some lengthier pauses in response time, you can use Virgin Media’s virtual assistant. Click the link below, then click the blue “Message Us” bubble floating on the right side of the screen. If you need to do something else while you wait, just leave the browser up and return to it at your convenience to check for an answer.
